When you choose to work with Robinsons, you can be sure that you’re receiving a quality building which has been carefully checked at every stage to ensure it will stand the test of time.
When making the decision to purchase something as important to your farming operations as a new housing solution, it’s important to ensure that you choose a contractor who is fully insured and carries relevant industry-recognised accreditations.
With legal repercussions now in place for both the main contractor (you) and the sub-contractor (Robinsons, for example) should things go wrong with your farm buildings, it has never been more important to employ a highly-skilled, well-accredited company whose practices and building materials meet the correct industry standards.
As well as the below accreditations, our team are always working to improve our services, gain additional knowledge and receive further accreditations from qualifying bodies.
CE Marking is our declaration to you that the product we have manufactured complies with all the essential requirements of the relevant health, safety and environmental protection legislation.
As of the 1st July 2014, it was mandatory for all steel fabricated products to be CE Marked. With all of our buildings, we work to BS EN 1090 – 1 requirement in accordance with CE Marking.
ISO 9001 Quality Management System
We’re very proud to have gained our ISO 9001 certification. The coveted ISO 9001 is the international standard for a quality management system.
In order to be certified to the ISO 9001 standard, a company must follow the requirements set forth in the ISO 9001 Standard. The standard is used by organisations to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement. ISO 9001 evaluates whether your Quality Management System is appropriate and effective while forcing you to identify and implement improvements. Continuous improvement assures our customers benefit by receiving products/services that meet their requirements, and that we deliver consistent performance.

CHAS Premium Plus
We have been awarded accreditation from CHAS, the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme having shown that we have demonstrated compliance with and sound management of current basic health and safety legislation. We are Premium Plus members.
Being CHAS approved, reduces the time that organisations need to spend assessing a contractor’s suitability for a contract as supplier’s compliance is accepted by all CHAS buyers.
CHAS assesses applicants on:
1. Health and safety policy statement;
2. Their organisation for health and safety;
3. Their specific health and safety arrangements to a standard acceptable to our buyers and to others.
